Aquaguard good product - Pathetic service

I bought this product in dec 2007 after doing lots and lots of research. I think I checked all similar products available in market.
The main points because of which i settled down on aquaguard were:
1.
In our area iron content in water was major problem and i got cheapest and efficient solution from aquaguard.
2. It uses best method /technology ie reverse osmosis for purifying water (TDS was >300 ppm). I didnt liked the boiling systems as energy comsumption was more.
2. Comparative pricing with low maintainence cost.
3. Brand name as Eureka forbes is one of the oldest company in this field.
4. Four free services one every three month
With all these points Aquagurad RO looked a be

st buy.

I found the product very satisfying but when it came to avail the free services it was totally opposite.
Eureka forbes doesnt have a proper system to provide servies to their product.
Before you buy the product you will get so many calls and visits from their executives but post sales services are pathetic .
Its been more than 6 months since i bought the product but i am still fighting to get my first free service done.
