I made a 3 year service contract for after purchase service with Eureka Forbes. Contract Receipt no. 18875478. Contract period: 22-09-11 to 21-09-14. But they have not responded to our multiple calls for servicing from June 2012. Finally we registered an official complain with their call center. Complain no. 7041963.
Every time we call to ask about the progress the standard reply given to us is 'Ma'am the engineer forgot to get the spanner and hence cant open the machine.' Numerous complains at the service center and follow ups have led to no results and the official complain has not made any difference.
Unless you wish to waste your time, energy and resources, by my experience I suggest that taking up any contract of servicing from them is of no use. Making a decent product is useless if you cannot provide proper after sales service. I would never want to recommend any product of this company to anyone simply because of my continual bad experiences with regards to after sales service.
