I bought water purifier name AcquaSure Crystal from Eureka forbes of 7500 in Jan 2011 from Mumbai Croma & shed few more hundreds for its extended warranty. After 6 months suddenly one day it stopped working after few days of 1st service. I raised a Complaint i.e. 85297992 on 7th Aug 2011. After 2 days their executive visit who couldn't resolve the issue & said tomorrow he'll come. Next day noone appeared. Then I call again customtakeouter care they said tomorrow someone will visit. I waited for next 2 days & keep calling customtakeouter care but everytime they told me that someone will visit tomorrow. But no one visit.


I've been calling to customtakeouter care daily & then I raised a web complaint which they claim their 5 steps service269af5eabfa3. I reached to 4 steps but noone tried to contact me. I mail my issue to these email ids


Customtakeoutercareofficer@eurekaforbes.com, customtakeouterservice@eurekaforbes.com, support@eurekaforbes.com.


But still no reply This is 15th day with no resolution & no care from Eureka forbes though daily I call once to customtakeouter care.


I suggest never buy anything Eureka forbes products.
