I recently purchased a Eureka Forbes Trendy Steel Vacuum Cleaner and wanted a demo from the company as I was having a hard time understanding about how some of the accessories are fitted to the cleaner to be used.
However, I was clearly denied any demo for the product and the customer service representatives were rude to me.
Eureka Forbes customer care is useless. They are least bothered about their customers. If the representatives don't have a solution and when they are asked to escalate the matter to supervisor, they hang up on their customers immediately.
Or they request you for a minute's hold pretending they are trying to find an answer for you and then cut the line rudely.
Their customer service is the most pathetic that I have seen recently. They take their consumers for granted.
