I have purchased a water purifier and begging for the support. I am not even allowed to escalate the issue to their higher ups -- the web page is set to follow the steps of escalation. Their sales team persons are simply trying to fool their customer by promising high and delivering nothing.They do not even bother to pick up the calls of a customer.
The sales persons low commitment level and poor attitude would be the reason for the failure of Eureka Forbes.This would simply allow the other players to gain the market share and in spite of a strong product line, Eureka Forbes is going to vanish from the market.Please do not consider Eureka Forbes to buy. The product is good but without a better after sales support, how a product like water purifier can gain & retain market share.
