After having owned the Sensa SMP+ for 11 months I will warn one and all to stay away. List of failures is long. 5 months into operation, the tap cracked and all 10 liters of water was splashed in my kitchen floor. Took 2 days to fix. 9 Months into operation, the rejection valve failed with absolutely no warning that the water is not being purified.
Took us 4 days to even notice and 3 days to fix. 10 months into operation, another valve failed and all water was being thrown away. Customer service was at its worst this time. We needed the fix urgently. Customer Department assures someone will call at 7:00 PM. No one does. Next day - another set of assurances and no one calls.
Third day someone comes in the evening and has a hard time understanding the problem but finally fixes. The customer Dept gives me numbers of their Support managers, area managers etc but none would answer the phones. I put a complaint in their Facebook page to which I get some sort of auto generated message assuring support but again, nothing..
Finally, I put the matter up in the consumer court forum on Facebook. Later I get to hear from insiders that the Sensa SMP+ is an unstable model with huge number of complaints about almost every part. I strongly suggest not to buy the Sensa SMP+. Do your study on Google for the reviews and complaints of not only SMP+ but other Eureka Forbes models before buying.
No matter what u do, their customer service is one of the worst... A super brand may be for super bad customer service.. !
