When aquaguard was launched more than 25 years ago we were one of the first ones to buy it. It goes without saying that it is there perfect aftersales services which has kept us happy all these years. However now there is a deterioration in their service.
My filter was working perfectly except for a small leak in one of the chambers, the technecian who came to repair it was unqualified and did not even carry his own tools.After spending a long time he was not only unable to do the simple job, the entire system stopped working.
It has now been taken to their office for repairs and after 3 days I have been told that it will take ANOTHER THREE DAYS because they have no transformer. I am sadend to see that now after having grown so big their service quality is so poor. when I replace my filter iwill definitly not buy from eureka forbes
