I had requested on 12th December 2012, for the 2nd free service cleaning of Eureka Forbes Enhance RO Water purifier's cartridge. Now its almost 2 weeks and still no action has been taken.I have been calling them every alternate days and promise to come before end of day. The customer care-less people just blatantly lie about it and I have to reschedule my plans waiting for them to come. What they always say it this "the matter would be resolved in 24 hours".
I faced similar irresponsible and unresponsive behaviour 1st time when I had to install the water purifier after having paid the cost of Enhance RO water purifier in advance, 2nd time during the 1st service and now the 3rd time during the second service.
Please avoid any product from Eureka Forbes because their service is pathetic, just pathetic!
On 23rd, I raised an online request cfe16412f0b7 which is also unresolved since 48 hrs.
