Had there been 0 star for services, I would have given that. I stay in Bangalore and bought their premium model Magna. The service as mentioned by others is pathetic. There is no responsible person in the entire system.
They treat the customer as ping pong ball. They will keep on giving you numbers and tell that the issue will be resolved by another person. With great hope you will approach the person to get another number. I am planning to go to consumer forum. Please don't buy Eureka Forbes product. They are just fooling customers.
