I bought eureka forbes aquaguard reviva online on 7th june. I was searching for a purifier and some how fell into the trap of the eureka forbes tele marketers.
They repeatedly called me and eventually forced me into buying this online and paying online. After buying only I came to know that the product will be delivered in 7 days. after 7 days I called the helpline number and I got the answer that it is 7 working days.
Seven working days are over today and again I called for the reply that it will be delivered in 3 working days. I am totally disappointed with this company and is thinking about cancelling the purchase and request for refund at the loss of service tax, transaction fee. and the sorts. I dont know how many days it will take. or I will get the refund or not.
I would advice to any body reading this review not to by eureka forbes product. so irresponsible that they just want to get the money and forget it. If at all buying, donot go for online purchase. Just avoid the calls from the tele marketers.
