We have RO Filter - entered into 2 year AMC in July 2013 - basically quarterly service and 2 times Candle replacements.
2nd Candle replacement was done in Feb 2015 -
in May 2015, Filter stopped working - Technician says it has to be replaced - but it is less than 3-4 months. he says sorry - some candles are like that.
we thought it has atlas 6 Months of warranty - but technician says No.
I paid 8K, 2 years back without doubting, but now Eureka Forbes is cheating me on its promise. I'm very disappointed.
how do we get redressal -Going to Consumer Court is the only solution now?
