I wanted to gift a Water Purifier to a relative for his Griha Pravesh on 6th April. Due to the Eureka Forbes name- we decided on Aqua Guard - The salesman Nandish - came in 10 mins on 30th March and told us that Reviva will be the ideal filter for this purpose.
We explained to him that it was a gift and that it had to be installed before 6 April - He promised us that it would be done in 2 days. The Flat is a new flat- and to install the product - my relative who is 76 yrs old had to travel a distance. On 31st Mar. - he got a call from Eureka forbes telling him to be available at the flat - he went there and waited till 5 pm - but no one turned up.
When I called next day - again they said that they will deliver on 1st april - Again this old man went and waited - but no news from Eureka- When I called the sales man Nandish- he informed me that there was no stock of the product. If this was so- why did he make my relative wait? we had clearly explained to your salesman that it was a gift for a griha pravesh, he knew it was urgent.
We could hv bought a product that was in stock, After this- Nandish or his supervisor Dayanand did not take my call or answer my sms msgs. Today is the 10th April 2015- the product is not yet delivered or installed. We have paid the amount - but no one is bothered to call or tell us the position. They first collect the money- and then make the customer beg them to install the product- Why cant they take the money after installation?
I am very disappointed with Eureka Forbes and wish I had never contacted or trusted their name.
