Product has been good but after 3 months the power cable started retracting into the machine, pulling the machine near the plug point rather than where I wanted the machine. Their service is abominable.
I registered a complaint on 13.12.2015, and followed up by emails to consumer care on 19th, 20th and 26th of December 2015. Till 29.12.15(time I am writing this), no response.
Please don't be taken in by the slick talking representatives- If you are unfortunate, you will be burdened with a useless item which you can neither repair nor sell.
