Hi All,


Recently I have order the Forbes WDX2 model vacuum cleaner on 04-SEP-2016 after the demo and I received the product on 22 or 23-SEP-2014 and when I use the product it is not cleaning the surface or walls properly and also from the pipe the air was leaking and some sounds are coming and motor sound was very high and I am not satisfied with the product quality and guarantee because when they sell the product at the time of selling the product they said life time warranty will be given to the product but after bough when I face the issue and called the customer care they said life time warranty cannot be provided to any of the product. so really I am not satisfied with I requested for the return my money and give my money back from 24 th sep to till date every day I am asking through the customer care and asking for the money refund still now my issue is not resolved.
