The enthusiasm with which the sales representative provided a pre-sales demonstration was lacking in providing the post sales training and demo.
First, the delivery of the product happened more than 24 hours after the promised time.
Next, no representative arrived to provide the necessary training for assemblage and usage, not that it is necessary but nonetheless a matter of courtesy and to be in line with the pre-sales promises.
Umpteen calls to the pre-sales representative(would have named and shamed him here, but I do not want to be vindictive) have resulted in no meaningful response.
I have not had a chance to open the product from its package yet as I have been seething with anger that the post sales experience has been extremely pathetic and so am forced to(unfairly) rate all the product features as poor.
Bottomline: Extremely appealing experience till you buy the product and then it is mostly appalling!
