I purchased the Wet and Dry model of Euro Clean during the month of Sep'14. Even though I followed several times, I am yet to receive the Invoice. I raised a compliant on 25-Nov-14. Request no.90745672.
I am still waiting the Invoice. Today also I contacted the service center.
I have been following with Mr.Govindan -Eureka Forbes since Sep'14. He is not taking any steps and not properly responding.
He responded before purchasing the unit. Now he is ignoring my concern. Because the unit has been sold out. This is the way of approach.
Date: 8-Dec-2014. I am still waiting the Invoice. Will you take more than three months for creating Invoice?
I don't understand your system and which are designed to dissatisfy the customers.
