I have bought Eureka Forbes Euroclean Wet and Dry vacuum cleaner on 05-Oct-2014. On 06-Oct they delivered product. On 07-Oct we opened box for usage and found that long blue suction pipe was broken at one end. Without this pipe Vaccum cleaner can not work. No replacement has been done till date. Few things to note, My consumer id is 1011499455 and model no is 1011209744035238. I have not been given any invoice till date by Eureka Forbes. In practice even after 3 weeks of purchase, Eureka Forbes does not bother to hand over a purchase receipt to its customer.


We called on 07-Oct to Euro line 3988333 and got complaint no 78553161 for above mentioned problem. This is the place from where I got my consumer id first time. Lady first refused to accept the complaint as she did not had my details but after request agreed to send Mr. @hi. He did not turned up at all and after repetitive call to Euro line, she shared mobile no of Mr. Gandhi(Mob No: 9986124133). At least 10 times we have called him before he picked up phone and finally landed at our home on 10-Oct. He accepted the fault and took pipe back to Eureka Forbes and said it will take 2-3 days for him.


I have lost count as how many times since then we have called Mr Gandhi and he used to pick up phone rarely. With utter disgusting voice and neglect he communicated on 21-Oct(I called him from UK) that parts are not available and he cannot do anything. He gave me number of Mr. Padhmanabhan(7204662900). This person picked phone after calling him 2-3 times and said up to Diwali he will deliver it. Since 27 we called on many numbers shared by this team(30251547, Gandhi, EuroLine) only to hear their inability to replace fault part. We can validate this as till what date my complaint 78553161 was in open status


On 27th I requested refund while talking to a person on 30251547 and he immediately said part is available and he will check delivery next day. on 28th nobody contacted. On 5:30 PM I formally raised request of refund(complaint no 90567483) and within 5 min all of these guys started calling as when can they deliver the pipe. This clearly shows that Eureka Forbes service is in such bad state that they start working only after customer comes to the stage of refund. It also means that part was available and for whatsoever organizational reasons Eureka Forbes does not have logistics in place to deliver and everybody in chain simply backed out from resolution.


This is utterly disgusting experience I got from Eureka Forbes. Refund request is expected to completed in 2 days. Till this time, I have not received my money back. I even took number of sales lead Hema(42791027) so that I will call and close this for once and all, but again nobody picks up phone.


Request you all not to buy any Eureka Forbes Products. The company is useless and there is whatsoever no management visible here.
