Before Buying anything from Eureka Forbes. Please understand that their after sales just sucks. I got a wet and dry vaccum cleaner . The sales process was so quick registered on the site morning 9 am . 9.30 the guy with the vacuum cleaner is home.
After the demo gave the cheque and delivery also was immediate. The sales guy gave me his number to call for any assistance required . And the day we started operating lots of doubts cropped up . Called him couple of times the guy never came.
Thanks to YouTube and Google we learned how to operate. Recently lost an attachment an integral part to connect the other attachments been calling registering .but no use.
So anyone before buying any product from Eureka Forbes look at other options . The product is definitely good but I guess the Kerala Division simply sucks.
