I purchased a new machine in Feb and had been facing few issues with the machine. Last week the machine started leaking and I called up the toll free number to log the complaint. Although my RO was totally non functinal, I was told that they will fix it in 2 days. I mentioned that I have my parents(senior citizens) and a toddler at home and this being peak summer in Noida, requested them to take it up at urgency.
I made 5 calls in the first 2 days trying to inquire the status and get someone to fix the RO but nothing happened. Everytime I called up the customer service team, they kept on repeating the same thing that they understand my problem and are escalating the issue. I am not sure if they understand what escalation means as despite claiming to have escalated 4 times, my RO remains non functional.
Yesterday I called up a sales number who promptly responded. I then explained him my whole issue and he arranged for someone to come and check the machine. A part(low pressure switch) was broken and the guy left without fixing and may come on Monday to fix the 3 month old machine.
For last last 4 days I have been borrowing water from my neighbors and have today bought the 20L jar as I can no longer trust the service of Aquaguard.
A really disgusting level of customer service and a totally useless customer care call center.
