I regret to inform you that my aqua guard nova water purified under AMC 10-23710016 valid till march 2016 is out of order since 10/09/2015. I lodge the complaint at your customer care department & a technician came to my house & inform me that since it is a old machine, he is not having enough knowledge to resolve the problem.
However, he has done some temporary solution by which it was started but after he leave my house, within one hour again it has gone out of order & I lodge a fresh complaint on the same day under reference no.83410200, followed by reminder every day, but no body has come to resolve the problem although your customer care inform me that they will send a senior technician. I am purchasing purified water(Bislery) from the market since I can not compromise my & my family health for aqua guard poor customer care performance.
It is my request please send senior technician & resolve my problem immediately & save my financial loss & keep confidence of Aqua guard.
