I am using this water purifiers since last 3 years. The performance has been good giving pure water quality. I have under taken their AMC after the end of guarantee period.
Though the service given during initial days used to be good, now it is observed that you need to continuously remind them, give calls, for the scheduled service as per annual maintenance contract. Further, the person who is deputed for the service may not be thoroughly knowledgeable as I have faced some problems after servicing.
Also, due to automated answer calls, you have to wait for a considerable time till some representative is available to register your complaint.
This gets you back to the fact, besides the product being fairly good, the after service seems the worst. They need to improve on this for survival.
