We have been using the Aquaguard Water Purifier system since 17.01.2002. However, their standard of service has come to a abysmal low at recent times.


For the last 2 years, even though we had


AMC, they are not able to replace the damaged UV chamber, though the service visits are regular.Every time they express their incapability of getting the cylinder.But they are very particular to visit before the renewal time. This year (2010) too they came before one month of renewal date. We refused to allow them entering our house saying we do not want to renew unless they replace the said UV chamber which was totally damaged with water trickling out continuously from the pin wholes. I logged a service request over phone to their heigher authority and the person visited our house with the cylinder.


Later, in the 1st week-April, their representative, the person doing the servicing regularly in the past, has come with an i-NOVA new machine.installed that and taken out the previous Classic model purifier, which was due for next AMC.Details given below:


(1)Name : Mr. J. Mishra having Mobile no:09778175702


(2) Date of Installation : dt. 05/04/2010,


(3) Unit no : 2024819.


Mr. Mishra has taken the full amount in cash as per the instructions saying that the INVOICE CUM MONEY RECEIPT will come by post from the head office will take time, but till date(dt.06/06/2010) the said document has not been received at our end - needs their attention/action immediately.We have received the user manual and the warranty card from Mr. Mishra on the date of installation.


Further to this , one water leakage was observed on next day of the installation - attended by service centre person(Mr.Ranjan Kumar Samantaray, Mobile no:09861364176). As per Mr.Samantaray OUTLET COPPER TUBE found dammaged - not yet rectified as the material is not available at bhubaneswar Stock house - reported by Mr.Samantaray on enquiry. They do have a beautiful website- but, it does not have any link to submit complaints.


I need to know what action can this website and Eureka Forbes official taken to provide me the  INVOICE CUM MONEY RECEIPT at earliest , the service by providing them the said OUTLET COPPER TUBE and the action taken to prevent recurrences in future.
