Recently a person visited my home for the purpose of doing an AMC for my Aquaguard purifier Total Infiniti. He had no ID Card with him and one couldn't say that he was an authorized rep. of Eureka Forbes. I logged in a rqst on the company's website (tkt no. f1080c5abf4e on 16.07.12) for post-warranty AMC without any response till date. It's evident the company is focused only on sales and leave after sales services to franchisees.
The company should contact customer directly for any after sales support.
