I have purchased Aquaguard Total Infinity on 09/07/2012 and it was installed after one week with lots of followup with sales executive, After it was installed finally , in next week it started giving 3 continuously beep sounds, I have created call with service engineer , he came and reset the PCB , it worked for 2 days again started 3 beep sound for the same , so I have created 2nd service call with Eureka forbes , he reset the PCB , and it works again for 2-3 days well and started beeping continuously , so 3rd time I have created call with service engineer , but he said that its faulty PCB and needs to replaced , so I have told them that I have purchased it new and how it comes PCB needs to replaced ,
I requested them chage whole unit , because issue came since it was installed. I talked with head of sales department but he refuse to replace the unit they only told that they will replace PCB. Very unsatisfied and frustrating , since I have taken decision to install aquaguard total infinity
I would not recommend anyone to go with aquaguard infinity and I feel that no one should suffer like me.
