Had purchased my infinity purifier about an year and a half back in Mangalore. The sales person during the selling the product came across as such a genuine person but that lasted till we purchased it .The guarantee of free service with in the warranty period was not done even after repeated calls to the service person. Now after year and a half the purifier just stops working , calling the person who sold us this product conveniently refers it to the service center .
Their response is after two day to confirm the address and they do send a sales person after another two days who comes in at a time convenient to him rather to the us, the customer .After negotiating the time and taking an early break from work so it would be convenient for him, the first thing he say before even looking at the purifier " you have to change the cylinder ".
Later after grappling with purifier for half an hour calling up his colleagues and getting their suggestion , he comes to the conclusion that the mother board is spoilt which will cost me nearly 3.5 grands and in the same breath tries to sell me the AMC plan.
I am just dumbstruck with their service. No after sales service. Find hard to catch hold of them. Not competent to diagnose the problem but instead of fixing it they are ready to sell another plan. Bravo!!
