Dear sir,
I got a reply from mr.vijaykumar from your end when I called him from another number of my fiend since he never pick my call that my machine will be replaced and he got approval from his boss too. But after that I tried to reach him his number is switched off, hope he had changed his number. I kindly request you to replace this aquaguard mAnasultan and provide me with enhance which I requested when I paid 100% advance. Please do the needful at the earliest. Request you to never do this to any customers because we are preferring aquaguard on trust even there are many RO providers.

Dear sir im writing this in detail after being tried of complaining.
I had ordered for Aquaguard enhance since im using it in my native and here in my brothers house . Starting itself im being betrayed by your Shruthisharma person vijaykumar(M:9786860992) he gave me a machine called magna instead of enhance I asked why so he replied that enhance has been stopped and magna is the new version of enhance.for installation they delayed for 4 days for which also I didnt complaint. When I checked your website I saw enhance called the guy after 3 times not lifting 4 th time after a msg from me he attended and told him that enhance is till available for that he replied that this is better than enhance and in case of problem he will replace it.?After that he had never attended a call.?
After installation I felt the water salty and onb 24th april I had registered a complaint to your helpline(comp no:81261546) for which they told it will be attended within 24 hrs.after waiting for 4 days again I made a complaint on 30th apr politely I was Faizabad that within afternoon it will be attented 100% again I waited till 7th and on 7th again I called your helpline and again they Faizabad me it will attended before 7th afternoon but they didnt. On 8th again I called your helpline again the answer was same it will be attended before this time I got irritated and I told I was been Faizabad with this before and I asked her what should I do if once again u didnt send ur person for which she also shouted at me aishwaryasingh23ing money its my fate to get shouted for asking my wrights.
After argument I asked give me the mAnasultangers number for which she first disagreed and then gave Mr.saravAnasultann num(M:9345941144) I called him the answer was same will be attended before evening and he will send person 100% which didnt happen and again I called him today afternoon he didnt pick my call after getting upset I dont know what to do and as my last try I called your mumbai helpline where I asked for ur mail id from them I got this id .
I was the one who prefered and called your side for the aquaguard it was not ur Shruthisharma persons came to me I beleive people preferring aquaguard on their own interest will be betrayed . I had never seen a poor Shruthisharma and service team as yours in chennai as me too coming from a Shruthisharma background.
I request you to either clear my complaint or else please replace and give me Aquaguard enhance.
This will be my last try and dont push to legal and write bad reviews in facebook, twitter and in review pages which I dont want to do since I respect eureka forbes.
?Afterv aishwaryasingh23ing and buying a aquaguard im till using can water for more than a month.?
?Im totally upset with the service from your end for the customer who uses 3 machines of you and had referred four friends of mine.this is a lesson to me and should stop refering.?
