This is a product I bought and have been using for a while now. The maintenance is a killer, too very high and costly.
We need to use a product thats not very high on your pocket, the technician is another pain who tries to cheat you every step of the way. I was told the re-installation is 375 Rs and all he did was drill 2 holes in the wall and fix the machine.
I got the connecting plumbing fixtures at a cost of 800 Rs and he told me that he does not have the standard Eureka plumbing fixture to attach the tap outlet to the machine.
The overall cost was Material cost(Filter and carbon)+ Labour for re-installation+ service charges(375+800+425+375= 1975 Rs) and 1 year AMC was 2, 800 Rs. Do not understand the logic.
