We have an AMC for 3 years for our Eureka Forbes-Infinite Model. We had lodged a complaint on 81530916-dt.13th May 2015. Nobody has bothered to visit us till date.
We have called Eureka Forbes customer care multiple times.
Spoke to Mr Wilson who is the area service incharge multiple times. Every time he says he is coming in two minutes, but never turns up.
We have paid for 3 years AMC. My parents have been calling continuously and also ask me to followup on this issue. Unfortunately, everytime you call somebody says they are visiting but dont turn up at all.
Hope we get a resolution.
