I have logged complaint on 17th March as my water purifier making noise. So far nobody resolved the issue. on 30/3/2015 one engineer called and informed as he reached my home standing outside. I have requested him to wait for Half an Hour as we were outside. when we rushed back home within half an Hour found nobody there he left not picking up the phone.


On 1/04/2015 I have called there helpdesk Again and asked for senior officers no to escalate. They have given mobile No of Mr. Benny(999544XXXX) which is switched off. Then they have provided  Mobile no of Mr. Vishak(93889-0XXXX) that’s also switched off. I have contacted them again got a LL no of Ranjith 0484-3126XXXX as same as above nobody picks up the phone.


I have taken an AMC contract receipt no: 22369664 dated30/06/2013 which is valid till 29/06/2015.


I have contacted your Helpdesk almost 20 times to get the problem resolved. Every time same answer sir, we are escalating this to Higher authority, But when it will get resolved? Why you are taking AMC from us. Even sofar nobody contacted me from your office in this regards.


Your Helpdesk people cannot provide any other nos, and they are not ready to help customers. They are clearly making customers fool.


If you require I can provide the recorded conversations I have made with them.


Please appoint standard executives on your helpdesk or else windup. Customer complaint not resolved even after 25 days….?


My Eureka Forbes customer id: 1010415177 My ticket id's 17/03/2015= 80690634 26/03/2015: 0080836612 1/04/2015: 0080952445. I don't know why they are providing ticket id's each time where the old one is still unattended.


I have mailed this to two id’s of eureka Forbes, but the result is same.


Let me know what action you are taking on this matter and when my problem will get resolved.
