I own a Aquaguard Gold Nova since 6 Yrs and must say without much of issue. I have taken AMC after initial warranty, which included candle replacements a year, service twice a year and visits for issues. Service person came without calling on schedule most of time every 6 months.
Unit is working fine, recently has an issue of water leaking from unit. Called for service, person said need some part that he is not carrying will come next day. But did not turned up, again filed service request. He came and replaced the part.
One more incident when needed service, tech did came within 24hrs of calling. But did not turned up without one more service request(may be in AMC they don't get more money on service visits.)
Only issues:
Tech don't come for followup without raising service request.
Tech don't call before coming, so might come when you are not at home.
Overall in 6yrs, exp has been good. But some points could be made better. Hope these are not sign of deteriorating service standard.
