I purchased a Aquaguard Gold Nova in July 2009. It was working fine till March 2011 and then I got it's filters replaced and I also bought an AMC(Annual Maintenance Contract) valid for 1 year. The Service Engineer told me that they will visit twice during the AMC contract period for general cleaning of the Filters. I called the Customer Care number on 5th October 2011 and booked a service request for 8th October 2011. No service Engineer came to attend the service request on 8th October 2011. Then, I called the helpline again on 11th October and the Customer Service Executive told me that they will send some other service engineer by end of day. Still no one visited my house. After that I raised another service request through the online portal of eureka forbes on 19th October. To my surprise, I got a call from some service engineer the next day and he promised me that he will come on Saturday i.e., on 22nd October. But as expected no one came on 22nd October too. I then went to raise the 1st level of complaint to Ms. Anu Kotian on 24th October. Once again someone called me on 25th October and he said he will be coming by end of day. But no one came again. I raised 2nd level of complaint to Ms. Vinath Hegde on 30th October and I am still waiting for some response from Eureka Forbes side. No doubt their product is good, but their service is pathetic. Without good service, it would be difficult for any customer including me to continue with their product. Soon, I will be moving to a different place and I need to buy a RO purifier and I am slowly making up my mind not to go for Eureka Forbes products.
