I had given 3 yrs service contract to v d enterprises for eureka innova water purifier on 05/10/2014. 1st service was given on 4/10/2014.then after several calls the 2nd service was done 11/05/2016 a gap of more than 1 1/2 yrs. the third service was given on 22/07/2016 just after 2 months of the second service.The worst part is you keep calling nos 022 65114204, 8087488336, 8828571344 every call the answer is either the phone is switched off or please check the dialed no. or the no.does not exist.sometimes one feels disgusted calling tens of times and not getting connected for several hours/days on end.this has happened today also the date is 05/04/2016.my purifier is not working and I am not able to register the complaint.would somebody help me to atleast register my complaint and do the needful. otherwise I may have to move to consumer redressal forum.My name is k.c.pande, mob:9819323180, address is 45, NUATOM, PLOT-39, SECTOR-17, VASHI, NAVI MUMBAI and my service contract reciept no.is24140039.
