I have purchased Dr aquaguard magna HD RO 8 months back. I have serviced it 4 times till date. I got my purifier catridge damaged due to sediments, well within the warranty period itself. It could be avoided by fitting pre-filter. But it was not brought to our notice by either of sales engineer or service guy. My complaint remained unresolved for almost half a month. complaint ids are as below 86731204(21st april) & 86909209(1st may). I have been in touch with customer care . they have given an escalated id 86972561.
I am forced give this statement due to the irresponsible attitude of people who are even designated as service managers in eureka forbes electronic city area.
Hoping to get a solution at least by posting in an open forum.
