I had purchased an Aquaguard Crystal Plus from Eureka Forbes website on 25th July 2016. After many calls and mails(which were responded to in an utmost callous manner), the product was delivered on 4th of August. I called the helpline number to speed up the installation as we did not have drinking water at home, which was refused to us.
The lady on the other end informed it will be done within 48 hours. I wrote a complaint mail to the ID shopping@eurekaforbes.com on 4th of August to which I received a reply a person will contact me within two working days. No one has contacted me yet. It is 9th of August today and the water filter has yet not been installed. A person from Eureka Forbes contacted my husband yesterday(8th of August) for installation and my husband told the person to come yesterday itself. However we received no further communication from the person. We placed the order on 25th July and its been 16 days and I have not water filter amenity.
I would highly discourage other people from buying from Eureka Forbes as the service is pathetic and treatment by the company utterly callous. The company is completely indifferent to the distress of its consumers for something as basic as drinking water.
