We have aquaguard enhance uv system and a 3 year AMC for its maintenance. It seems Eureka Forbes have outsourced the after sales service and washed its hands off. The vendor V.D. Enterprises, Nerul does not care for customer service and we always have to struggle to have the regular servicing done. In the present instance, the servicing of the product is overdue and we have been following up for more than two months. Every time we are promised that the technician will report within 24 hours and he never turns up. We have lodged successive mail complaints but only the complaint gets escalated but no action is taken.
