I have a Eureka forbes water purifier(Model is Total Sensa), water started over flowing from the purifier, I have raised a complaint almost 1 month back(7th April) Still now I didn't get any response from them. Not even a single call from a customer care or from the service person. When ever I call them they promise with in 2 days. Like that they promised more than 10 times. I don't know what kind of promise is that.

Its not the first time its happening. It has happened for 3 to 4 times in the last 5 years
So I request you not never buy this Eureka forbes product. Better go for some other purifiers where service is good.
And also never buy that AMC from the Eureka forbes, its total waste of money. Its useless.
Be careful when you replace the filters, most of the service engineers, just for the money they are replacing your filters with the old one instead of new one. Never give your filters to them, better keep your old filters with yourself.
I have noticed after 5 years these water purifiers started giving problems
