The people responding your call on the Eureka Forbes call centre no 180030106336 will make you feel like you have paid for their product just to get insulted by them. A lady picks up the phone doesn't even want to listen what you are looking out for.
She tells you another no so fast as if a train will run over her if she doesn't finish the call in 20 secs. When I confronted her for her rude behaviour of not even repeating the another customer service no she hangs up the phone. When I called back again, she had the guts to keep the phone aside. When called for the third time she passed on the phone to a guy who wants to show you that he is a hero and can do anything to protect the poor lady who is the victim. Pathetic experience.
I feel like putting this everywhere where people will atleast give a second thought before buying and choosing for any after sales service. My husband called the same number in 2 mins time and pretended to buy a AMC and they were all back to their sales target of AMC and attended the call very nicely. Wow, I mean what kind of a world. Does Eureka Forbes Aquaguard have any standards to give the call centre number to genuine BPO s or it is given to any tom dick and Harry roadside/ footpath offices? If someone can really give some clarification.
