Since one week I am waiting for technician to come for servicing. After raising request online and also through customer care these people will never come.


Everyday I call them and they say it will be resolved ASAP and technician will come today. But they don even care to call back and ask about the issue. Customer care will only say don worry sir your issue is on high priority and will taken care as soon as possible.


Worst service provided by Eureka Forbes . Better don go with this product.
