It is a true water purifier, it gives extremely good water. It provide us richness of there water quality. I used it for a 9 months. But it durability and speed to filter water is not good as well as other brands. And the brand service is also poor. They such a provide poor customer service ever. They are helpless always. They did not take call ever. When I was installed it newly, they were talk to me in manner and also said to me that it have a free service for life time. You can even call me. And he also said to me, we provide you four services during the year and we will come to your home without calling. But what happens after 4-5 months. They even did not picked up my call after picking up my phone once. I was said to them for there service. It was slow. They ask me address and said to me that I will revert to you within half hour. But no person picked the call and no person come there. After 1 month, the RO was stopped. I can't even leave without filtered water. I just call him back. He picked my call and said to me that call to the company, we can't do anything in this. I was disappointed. Because that person said to me that, if you ever face any problem then call me I would be there. But now he is talking rudely. I was called to company. But they are also helpless. They said to me that we will arrange a engineer to your location. But no person come there. I was also disappointed with the service. After that I call someone from outside and make it fix. But after some time it was stopped again. There something should be change in this. So I just took another RO. But it is bad always. It does not have anything. I would not recommend this to anyone.
