I have been taken for a ride by the so-called No.1 water purifier company ie. Eureka Forbes Limited. I purchased Aqua Sure Crystal UV on 24.3.2013 from Saravana Stores Purasawalkam, Chennai hoping that my worries on getting pure water will be fulfilled. The product that boasts of professionalism in marketing is a total failure in responding to customer complaints. Only once I could avail the free service even as the warranty period still exists. I registered my complaints through my land line and email(on 28.01.2013)in the last 40 days. One serviceman came about 10 days ago but told my wife to get the candle replaced without even opening the machine asking me to pay Rs.1200 for the machine that is under warranty period. I am planning to take this matter to the consumer court for deficiency in service. I feel cheated by the glamorous advertisements of Eureka Forbes.
I strongly advice consumers not to buy any product from Eureka Forbes.
