I purchased Aquaguard crystal water purifier from a renowned shop in T Nagar and renewed the AMC after the guarantee period. During the AMC they changed the carbon and candle inside the machine.
Since then all of us in the family got health problems due to water infection. Then we started drinking boiled water, additionally spending on LPG. Promptly I reported to the Customer support centre of Eureka Forbes during Dec 2011 and after following the same repeatedly, three times different service personnel came and took water in two containers(one purified and one unpurified) each time. But nobody reported back. I don't know what is keeping them away. Till now the problem has not been resolved. Losing 6 kitchen containers and getting water infection is the only result we got from Eureka Forbes.
