I use Aquaguard crystal water purifier. This is under AMC. It stopped working on 4th October 2010 and I registered a complaint with call centre on 5th October 2010. Case ID is 59702342. Since then till today(20th October 2010) no one has come for repair. Every time I make calls to their customer care, I receive ditto reply from all executives "Technician details have not updated yet. Some one would attend your call. It is forwarded to technical department". But when I ask for head of technical support, no one is able to provide the number nor email id.
I never expected such a pathetic service from such a reputed company. Their customer care department and CRM software they use have not grown with the growth of the company. The customer care executive does not know the current status of service request. They have only one answer "Your request is forwarded to technical department. Some one would attend your call". This is ridiculous.
There is no escalation email id mentioned in their website.
