I have raised a request on Feb 19, 2011 for re initialization of "Eureka REVIVA Water Purifier" at my new home. But there is no response from customer care people. If I called them, they said one constant answer like "We will forward your request to Service department and they will call soon " like that. For this answer, Why you have a customer care system, just put a Tape Recorder and play this dialog for every call.
I have called them around 10 times in 10 days. The same answer repeated. My Complaint Id is 84371939.
Please re initialization the water purifier at my home as soon as possible or tell me Escalation mail id or phone number to me.
