I had purchased an Aquasure crystal water purifier from a very reputed shop at Panvel, on 20.06.2011. It went faulty in the second month itself. Even after continuous pursuation, it could not be atttended till today, the 13.09.2011. Initially the complaint was registered with the call centre. I waited for 5 days, and as nobody turned up, contacted the local supplier. The company technician visited several times, but could not rectify the fault. My very purpose of buying the water purifier in the monsoon season failed. Will the company replace my aquasure? Only God knows.
