I purchased Aquaguard Magna HD water purifier from Eureka Forbes directly. The salesperson came to home directly on same day itself and tested the water and suggested Aquaguard Magna HD and took 2000 INR as advance. After 2 days he brought the product and took the remaining full amount and left by mentioning the Techmnician will come by evening.
The Technician didn't came by evening. We started calling the Technician, He received the call and told by evening I will come. Even After a day, He didn't came I started calling them. Now the Technician and Sales person both not picking up call. The Technician will always reply saying "I'm driving." I want to know whether he is working for driving company or Aquaguard. The salesperson is not at all picking call itself. I am wondering how a Good company like Aquaguard is managing their business by having this kind of employees. Then I raised escalation for the same where I asked for immediate solution.
The Escalation team is telling no immediate solution it will be done ASAP. Then I told I want refund of money they are not at all bothering of loosing customer. They are telling you can go ahead. With this response I raised the refund request. I thought of recommending Aquaguard to 3 or 4 members of my area but now I had very bad experience so I don't want to do so. Please Don't buy Aquaguard product.
