I had bought Aquaguatd product on 2nd March 2016 online from their website.
There was a sales person who had sold me yhe product after a demo and had been calling me every now and then to check if I have made payment online and purchased the product.
He never gave me any scheme or extra discount or anything.all he was interested in was his employee code to be added in the purchase.
I did mention his code while making online payment.
Within 2 days it was delivered through GATI .
Now the main fight began to get it installed. That salesperson never called back or answered my call after he got to know his employee id has been mentioned while purchasing. I kept calling and in case any one picked up the call.i was told.someone would come in 4-5 days.
Finally it got installed on 8th March.after repeated calls and follow up.
My concern is.if this is the case in installation.what would happen when I have to get it serviced.
I would never recommend such a product where company is just concerned to sell the product.after sales is not their job
