Hello I am using this product from 7 years without having any problem. The best part of it is maintenance free. Not even one single time I face any difficulty regarding to this product.
The use of it is very simple. Not only this product mostly maximum products of Eureka Forbes. But its very very simple. It has 3 buttons(one for water. one power switch and one for tune).
And the second part of it is its service. The company takes care of its product. You need not to do any thing. Their technicians wiil come to you in time and provide services. Services for your changing candles and cleaning. They will com on time. You need not to remember these stuffs.
I am using this particular product and my friend is using its higher model. We never face any type of inconvience with this product. I am using also an extra IRON FILTER.
Its very simple in design . Thats why I like it more. No faltu design. Simple gray and white combination fits with any wall color.
