I booked a service request for water purifier service & re-installation in Gurgaon on 1st July 2017, as per customer care executive the service engineer can visit my home by 3rd July 2017. Till date nobody visit my home and whenever I call customer care every time executive tell the engineer will visit immediately.
For last 2 days I am calling them twice a day, the irony is Eureka Forbes executive is not giving me the complaint number.
Before Aquagard I was using Kent, now I am feeling regret that why did I switched from Kent to Eureka Forbes
My never suggest to buy Eukera Forbes just because of their branding.
