I bought a an Aquasure from Aquagaurd UV UF Prime water filter from Adeshwar Vijaynagar on 27th of March. The technician came next day and installed the filter only to find the water filter was faulty and the technician visited 2 or 3 times but the problem was not fixed.
After that they told us they would give a replacement, They came to my house and dismantled my purifier and kept it in a box. Now I haven't got my replacement yet they are just delaying. When I called the Manager of Aquasure by the name Prakash with the phone number 8050015552 he was very rude and told me that " You can do whatever you want, go file a complaint if you want, you have to wait until we give you a replacement" .
Now i'm just wondering if this is how a customer support manager would talk in such an unprofessional manner. It reflects the whole company. After paying 9000/- rs I don't have a water filter now. Aquagaurd is not helping out they are very rude and immature.
