Eureka Forbes have the worst after sales service/rather no service. I am repenting to have purchased a product by knowing its famous name in market but surprised to experience such trauma which was not expected from company of this repute.
I registered a complaint regarding new Aqua Sure beakdown twice and followed up telephonically everyday for about one month to CC. But everytime their representative used to give false assurance to attend our problem in 2 days. It never happened in last one month.
Finally we got our product repaired by a local technician. I won't recommend others to buy Eureka Forbes product and get mental agony.
